Crista has been a REALTOR® since 2013. Prior to becoming a broker, she was an interior designer with a degree from the Art Institute. When helping clients sell or buy a home, Crista’s applied expertise offers them a clear advantage. On behalf of her sellers, Crista takes every measure to protect and achieve the targeted sales value of their property. When working with buyers, Crista offers a keen ability to see the value and potential in a property. She takes the time to evaluate and prioritize her clients’ goals so that she may skillfully find a home that fits their budget and lifestyle, and her buyers trust in her vision.
When Crista is not working, she loves to spend time with her daughters and grandchild.
Nicole loves houses – everything about them. She loves helping buyers find the right one by putting her nose to the grindstone and doing her research. On the selling side, she loves the challenge of getting the home ready and the marketing in place to hit the market with that WOW factor. Nicole loves problem-solving, and her mission as a real estate broker is to create an excellent real estate experience and deliver the highest level of client satisfaction.
Technology has made information more accessible to everyone, but it can be difficult to keep up with recent events that affect home values. Nicole provides her clients with information on market seasonality and information relevant to what is happening in their specific neighborhood. Her customized analyses include recent sales that factor into pricing and offer strategies.
When Nicole is not working, she enjoys spending time with family, and checking out new places, concerts, and local community events.
