• Get Pre-Approved – Meeting with a lender and getting pre-approved are two of the best things you can do to get prepared. We have lenders with great reputations and products to refer to you, or you are welcome to find your own.
• Understand the Market – When you are ready to search, we will educate you on what is happening in the market in the price point and the area you are looking in. This will help you understand how fast you need to make decisions and can help you be more comfortable with what you might find when searching.
• Search – Depending on how fast the market is moving, we may need to look at homes the day they hit the market, or we may be able to take a more leisurely approach. In either case, we will discuss how you want to be notified of new listings that meet your needs and work together to determine a schedule of communication and viewing homes.
• Offer and Negotiations – When we have our initial meeting and once you get pre-approved, we will have a good understanding of what you want, what you need, and your budget. Before you make an offer, we will review all the forms and documents so you can be comfortable with all the components of the offer. If the seller sends a counteroffer, we will negotiate on your behalf.

Once we have a mutually-accepted offer, that is when we really get to work! There are a number of deadlines and contingencies that will need to be met. We will keep your transaction on track through the inspection, appraisal, title, escrow and more. When you work with us, you are in great hands!

Crista and real estate were made for each other. Homes have always been a passion of hers, since the days when she was sketching floorplans in her room as a child. Creating a new place to call home or taking a lived-in place and making it its best version of itself is what drives Crista to help her buyers and sellers.

Crista has been a REALTOR® since 2013. Prior to becoming a broker, she was an interior designer with a degree from the Art Institute. When helping clients sell or buy a home, Crista’s applied expertise offers them a clear advantage.  On behalf of her sellers, Crista takes every measure to protect and achieve the targeted sales value of their property. When working with buyers, Crista offers a keen ability to see the value and potential in a property. She takes the time to evaluate and prioritize her clients’ goals so that she may skillfully find a home that fits their budget and lifestyle, and her buyers trust in her vision.

Nicole loves houses – everything about them. She loves helping buyers find the right one by putting her nose to the grindstone and doing her research. On the selling side, she loves the challenge of getting the home ready and the marketing in place to hit the market with that WOW factor. Nicole loves problem-solving, and her mission as a real estate broker is to create an excellent real estate experience and deliver the highest level of client satisfaction.

Technology has made information more accessible to everyone, but it can be difficult to keep up with recent events that affect home values.  Nicole provides her clients with information on market seasonality and information relevant to what is happening in their specific neighborhood. Her customized analyses include recent sales that factor into pricing and offer strategies.

When Nicole is not working, she enjoys spending time with family, and checking out new places, concerts, and local community events.
